Pick up documents

You don’t need to make an appointment to pick up your documents. This can be done on Monday until 20:00 hrs, and from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. After 16:00 hrs, this is no longer possible. Always bring a valid form of identification

For official documents and formalities please make an appointment online at Civil Affairs desk at the town hall. Or call (0317) 49 29 11.

For registration from abroad (student) send an email to publiekszaken@wageningen.nl to make an appointment.

The municipality is available by phone Monday through Thursday from 9.00 to 16.00 hrs and on Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs. You can also email or Whatsapp us.
