Report something broken in your neighbourhood
Is something broken or unsafe in your street? For example, a broken lamppost, a crooked paving stone or litter? Report it to us immediately online. This way you help us keep your neighbourhood clean, safe and whole. It is helpful if you include a photo or video.
Serious problems are solved quickly. Less serious cases are scheduled. When you make your notification, give your name and e-mail address and we will keep you informed.
Emergency situation: 112
Only call the emergency number 112 in case of acute danger for people and animals. Examples of acute danger from a storm:
Risk of collapse
Emergency, but not life-threatening
Loose roof tiles or wall plates
A tree threatens to fall in public space
Is your report urgent but not life threatening? Then call the fire brigade’s telephone number: (0900) 09 04.
If there is no urgent threat and damage is caused to your home or business, take action yourself or call a specialised company. This could be a fallen tree in your garden.
Do you see rats on municipal land or in your own house? Please fill in the form report a broken object.(Externe link) For pests in or around your own home like wasps, mouses and stone martens you have to take care of this yourself. You pay for this yourself.
You can also give us your report by telephone. Call (0317) 49 29 11. We can be reached from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 to 16.00 hrs and on Friday from 9.00 tot 11.00 hrs.
